Lettings and Property Management
A comprehensive service from find a tenant only to full management is available. Rental properties are in great demand and surrounded with legal implications.
Farlow Estates follow continuous training programs from ARLA and the NAEA which ensures that client receive current and correct advice.
Tenants are required to apply for property rental and are accepted subject to status and affordability.
Deposits are placed in a stakeholder account licensed by the TDS. Full inventories and regular property checks are carried out on managed lets. Legal advice to our landlord and tenants is offered free of charge, which is supported by our associated legal advisors.

The overseas team have selected countries and pride themselves in being able to offer information that can be relied upon, as the locations advertised have been researched and visited by our staff . We can offer inspection trips to many countries which allow customers to view properties for sale and sample a flavour of a different culture.

Inspection trips comprise flights to and from the UK, 2 to 3 days viewing properties and developments. You will be accommodated in hotel and have an English speaking guide to answer you questions.
